Daly & Ritchie understand that changes in life can be unavoidable. Should you need to cancel your place on a training program, please contact us directly on 1300 84 44 33 or at support@dalyritchie.com.au.
Substitution:
- If, after booking a training session you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate another person to attend in your place.
- Please advise us with details of your nominated person such as their name, email address, phone number and dietary requirements.
Refunds:
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to the training: $60.00
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No Refund
- Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
